Surface Preparations/Conditions: Surface pretreatment is an essential part of the painting process. Follow the specification requirements for cleaning and pretreatment application.
Mix Ratio: Gloss 3:1 Base 446-22 Series with Curing Solution X-530
Semi-gloss 1:1, Base 456-23 Series with Curing Solution EC-263
Flat 1:1, Base 466-23 Series with Curing Solution EC-264
Instructions for Use: First, stir or shake the base. Second, add the curing solution together with the base and stir thoroughly.
Induction Time 15 Minutes
Pot Life 4 hours
Shelf Life: 12 months per AkzoNobel Aerospace Coatings commercial specification. Refer to container label for specific shelf life information.
Note: The quality of the application will be influenced by the spray equipment chosen and the temperature, humidity, and air flow of the paint application area. Prepare test panels to identify the best equipment settings for optimizing the performance and appearance of the coating.
